My senior year in college we did a lot of stuff with different forms of online literature and community, so I'm pretty familiar with what's out there but I haven't done a lot myself. I'm also on the IGDA's game writers' email list, where they do a lot of discussing of this sort of thing as well as more mainstream gaming.
